GETTIN' GRITTY - 14U Charlton has Spring Team Retreat

March '23 - Redmond, WA -  The WA Avengers 14U Charlton team headed to the (surprisingly) sunny shores of Lake Sammamish this weekend for their Spring Team Retreat.  They worked on self advocacy, mental health, handling stress, life balance, communication, leadership and self-care amongst a host of other topics.  These girls were so impressive, providing deep and meaningful discussion, actively participating and boldly speaking up among parents, coaches and peers.  We are so proud of these young women!

Not enough thanks can go to the team of Moms who put this all together.  Our team and organization are so blessed to have Stephanie WIlliams, Nicole Blankenship and Claire Korschinowski, who all are highly educated professionals in the fields of education, leadership, communication and counseling to host and chaperone the weekend.  They worked extraordinarily hard planning the logistics and agenda, coordinating with the families and coaches and facilitating this event. Thank you all so much!
