14U Hansen Heads to Arizona for Alliance Winter Championship

Jan '25 - Phoenix, AZ - WA Avengers Hansen went south to compete against some high level competition in the Alliance Winter Championship. After knocking off the winter rust in pool play the team went on to win their first game against Elite Mexico Softball 13-8. The bats were hot as they collected 19 hits with 7 of them being extra base hits. The team came up just short in their next bracket game falling to an Athletics Mercado team 11-14. The girls showed grit and never gave up. This was a great learning experience for the entire team. The team was also able to check out Arizona State University and learn what the school has to offer.
