14U Charlton Heads To Championship Sunday, Fourth Place Finish at USA State

July '23 - Yakima, WA - The 14U Charlton team dug deep and made it to the semi finals of the USA State Championship tournament. After going 1-1 on Friday with a close early loss to the eventual tourney runner-up, the team had to win four in a row on a blistering hot Saturday to stay alive to play on Championship Sunday. The gritty group did just that, grinding out win after win while fighting to stay cool and hydrated on the nearly 100 degree day.  Finally running out of gas early Sunday morning, they landed a fourth place finish and loads of respect from opposing teams. Great work girls!
