WA Avengers make up half of roster that leads BLS Little League to Williamsport and the Little League World Series

AUG '22 - WILLIAMSPORT, PA — The Bonney Lake Sumner Little League team is headed to Williamsport Pennsylvania to represent the Northwest region in the US Bracket of the Little League World Series. With them will be players from our own Washington Avengers 13U - Walker baseball club.

This will be the first Pierce County team to make it to the national bracket round. The team punched their ticket to Williamsport with an epic win versus a tough Oregon team in the regional title game.

The BLS roster has seven WA Avengers players including:

Ezra Seitz

Adam Shannon

Parker Workman

Brody Santman

Major Rodarte

Braydon Rudolph

Liam Ferguson

The entire Washington Avengers organization is extraordinarily proud of these amazing young men, along with 13U - Walker's assistant coaches, Jess Workman and Scott Santman who helped lead the BLS team as manager and coach. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for these young student-athletes. They are credit to our community and there could be no finer representatives of our area and our Program.
